The matter

Naija attention is everywhere.

The gist is on X. The update is on WhatsApp. The headline is on a blog. The football fight is on Instagram. The serious matter disappears after one day. T.I.N. brings the conversation home — without killing the cruise.

Wetin dey inside

This should feel like Naija, not a dashboard.

T.I.N. is not selling software first. It is selling belonging. The page should feel like Lagos traffic, WhatsApp gist, football arguments, music drops, street posters and night-time group chat energy — arranged with taste.

YNDW with sense

Accountability, but make it responsible.

YNDW can shake tables, but it cannot behave like a gossip page. Serious claims need evidence, review, labels and a right-to-reply path. If we want trust, we cannot build chaos and call it accountability.

Human review firstNo serious claim goes live just because it can trend.
Receipts must showEvidence quality, source context and claim type are clearly marked.
Right to replyThe person or organisation involved gets a clear response path.
Labels and audit trailAllegations, updates, corrections and responses are not mixed together.
Daily rhythm

Check am morning. Argue am afternoon. Share am night.

Make T.I.N. part of the Nigerian daily rhythm. Open it for the update. Stay for the gist. Return for the score. Share the part your people must see.

Questions

Before you ask.

What is T.I.N.?
T.I.N. — This Is Naija — is one app for everything Naija is talking about: gist, news, football, music, accountability reporting, trends and daily trivia, in a single feed.
Does it cost anything to join?
No. Creating an account and using the feed, news, communities and trivia is free. Verified is an optional paid subscription, and it never buys you reach or a higher score — see the verification policy.
What is You Nor Dey Well?
YNDW is the accountability desk. Reports are reviewed by editors against an evidence standard before publication, and anyone named always gets a right of reply.
How does T.I.N. handle false information?
Claims are fact-checked and the verdict is attached to the specific version of the post it assessed — not to you as a person. Every decision can be appealed under the appeals policy.
How do I get verified?
Two routes: subscribe, or earn it through sustained contribution. Both end at the same badge, and money never buys a higher score or more reach. Full criteria are in the verification policy.
